is this a one-time use? it says use 3 times a week on the packet

Yes it’s a one time use, maybe that’s just a recommendation to do it three times a week?

Are you only supposed to use the mask once and then dispose of it? Or to keep it and use the same mask 3 times per week?

Hi Ben, This mask should be used once and disposed of immediately, for hygiene purposes. Thanks
