Product Description Inside Out - EP by Karmin Review "Karmin creates a high-energy and exhilarating musical expression. Amy's guitar chops, vocal gymnastics, and control is unbelievable and mind-blowing. Nick's musicianship compliments with vocal harmonies, percussion, horns, and keys. With their extensive musicianship and artistry, all I can say is that these two mean business and they're absolutely not your average "Sonny & Cher" formulaic combo." -- Melissa Polinar, Singer/Songwriter, melissapolinar.com"Karmin is dope...Amy's voice is the kind of voice you wanna hear again and again...look forward to seeing what these two do in the future." -- Jesse Carmichael, Grammy Winning Songwriter, Maroon 5"The fresh-faced, perky-pop stylings of Karmin are infectiously cute and catchy and their harmonies are tight and colorful. The foundation of the duo is Amy Heidemann - sweet, powerful, jazzy and enticing - while the rhythm work of Nick Noonan's cajon and harmonies tie everything together into one crisp and splendid sound." -- Danny Fratina, Composer, dannyfratina.com P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); About the Artist KAR*MIN [car-men] -noun, in Latin meaning `song,' with altered spelling to hint `karma'. Karmin is a collision of Nick's Classic Rock upbringing and Jazz education (a trained trombonist) and Amy's R&B influence and Pop background. Together they found music at its simplest form, percussion and voice. With the addition of guitar, Karmin pulls the listener back to a time where music was sincere and honest. Simplicity is key with this music! See more

Mellow and Uplifting
Very nicely done. Sounds very clean and together. The female lead has a beautiful voice. The rhythm is tight and well executed. It is clear that they are having fun working together, and that energy comes across in their music.I'm impressed, this is definately a group to keep an eye on. I look forward to hearing more from them in the future.

Nice beats to jam to at parties or at the house, not a bad CD to listen in the car.
