35watt is the right amount of brightness fir my range hood with four bulbs. I bought 50watt equivalent, but they were to bright. I also prefer the warmer color of these, than cold white light. They would not dim without flickering, but the other brand I purchased would also flicker when dimmed. So that just might be my range hood.

These bulbs were reasonably priced, and the newer whiter light provided by these under my kitchen exhaust canopy looks nicer against the backsplash compared to the old light bulbs which were yellower and used wayy more electricity. Seems worth it - lets hope they last as long as they claim!

Beware, these lights are bright. Needed only two. The two bulbs is very bright but not hurting our eyes.

I gave this 4 stars because they were priced well, and overall seem to be good quality at full brightness. But, like other LED GU10 bulbs I've ordered that advertise as "dimmable", the lights flicker when not at full brightness. I'm using these in my GE oven vent hood. The OEM bulbs went out in less than a year, so I wanted something that had a longer life. These are the 2nd set of LEDs I've purchased. These bulbs, and the others that I bought, flicker when the hood's light is on low brightness. They look great at full power, though. It's possible the fault is not with the bulbs, but with the oven vent hood. But none of the other LED bulbs in my house flicker when dimmed. They may dim perfectly well in your lighting fixtures, but I think I'm going to have to go back to halogen for my oven vent hood. The really fast flickering gives me a headache.

Very small difference in the lens between this and the lamps I was replacing. Imperceptible when lights are on. Ended up replacing all three in fixture anyway, so no big deal.

Why did I not read the other reviews before purchasing? I replaced a burned out halogen bulb in our overhead GE kitchen vent. When you set the light to the dim setting, these bulbs flicker and don't seem any less bright. The package says they are dimmable, which is not true. I'm hoping they don't last 22 years like the package says either. I can't wait to replace these with something else.

Replaced original LED lights over sink. Easy to install.

Bright white is just perfect, not white like glaring sunlight yet whiter and brighter than soft white.
