If your a beginner in meditation I would say get this cd over a guided meditation cd. (To me the person's voice on the guided cds are a huge distraction and don't help.) I love this CD of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. The sounds of the bowls are something you have to hear for yourself. Meditation is a daily part of my life and have been practicing for me years. When I use this cd for meditation it's like I'm in another world. It reminds me of a time when I went on vacation and was meditating with the Buddhist monks. They were using the singing bowl during meditation. This cd helps you focus on being in the present moment and forget everything else.
