PHOEPET Reflective Dog Harness Large Breed Adjustable No Pull Vest

I have a 6 month old Husky (huskies are known escape artists) and this harness seems to be the perfect one for her. I had to order a new harness because she chewed her last one to the point of breaking. I chose this one for the design and built in handle on the back. It appears to be made of quality material. I love that there is a lock on it so it doesn't accidentally slip off of her. It was very easy to adjust to her size, with lots of room for growth. She also doesn't pull as much as she did with her last one. I could not adjust her last one to fit, but I can with this one without worry of her slipping out of it. If I ever need to purchase another harness, this one will be top of the list. I'm very happy with it so far.

My dog is a terrier mix who weighs 43 pounds. Her neck measures 18” and her chest measures 23”. I bought 2 other harnesses for her, and according to her measurements they should have fit, but they definitely did not. This one (the Medium) fits her perfectly! So happy and relieved to find the right one. It’s a very well made harness too. Even though she’s a very enthusiastic pup who’s only 1 year old, it should last a long time. It definitely helps with her pulling, but if she catches a scent, she can pull hard in this harness anyway. I actually have two leashes on her now which helps. I put one leash through each of the shoulder straps to the D-Ring. That stops the harness from pulling to one side. It kind of looks like I’m behind a sled dog with no sled, but it helps control her and slow her down.

My daughter found this particular harness and told me I ought to check it out and I’m really glad I did. Tonight will be my first night walking him with it (and my other dog ) so I’ll know better how much I like or dislike it. However, here is my first impression; it is made as well as some of the premium harnesses that I have looked at. The material is a heavy duty nylon that appears to be water resistant and the color is a very vibrant construction/neon orange, which matches his leash and collar. It has a handle on the top of it, which I appreciate for potential emergencies in which case I would need to pick him up in a hurry. It also has a front ring for those dogs that pull excessively which I am really happy about since we are working on leash training/walking – I’ve only had him for a couple of weeks. The one thing that I really like is that there is a lock where the pieces snap together. As far as difficulty level adjusting it – I found it fairly difficult to adjust the straps however, that is most likely for security reasons because there is no way that those are going to slide on their own. The fit is absolutely perfect on him – there is absolutely no way that he can wiggle out of it because he is an escape artist however, the fit of this harness is very very secure. The plastic rings that are on it are a very thick plastic and they appear to be very durable. Overall, my first impression is five stars and honestly the reviews of anyone saying that it fell apart - I can’t see how unless it was abused or a larger dog. It’s pretty darn durable and thick. I would definitely buy again and will recommend the PHOEPET No Pull Dog Harness for Small Dogs. And as far as the difficulty of adjusting the straps, do not let that deter you - it should let you know that the straps are very secure and will not be slipping..

Fits great tried the S size but could not be tightened enough for my chihuahua mix. Comfortable any easy on/off.

I got the orange because it was on sale at a great price. I adjusted it without any issues, it only took a few minutes to figure it out to tighten. It's beautiful and I hope it lasts awhile. I got it for a 30-35 pounds French Bulldog. I bought the medium size.

We tried it but it did not fit my dog well. I found it difficult to adjust. I followed the sizing guidelines and it should have fit.

I purchased this for my 6 month Mini Bernedoodle, he's 18 pounds so after reviewing the size chart I ended up buying the small harness. Before buying this it's been a challenge trying to walk him on a leash without him pulling constantly. I received the No Pull Dog Harness today and it took a few minutes to make some adjustments. Once it was all adjusted I tried it out with him in the backyard, at first he was like a bucking bronco, I just did this for 5-10 minutes. I tried again later using some of his favorite treats with the leash attached by the back strap, he walked with zero issues, I was amazed. I live across the street from a big park with walking trails, I decided to give it try and he walked but still wanted to pull like usual so I attached the leach to the front neck ring having him walk on my left side, as soon as I put a little tension on the leash he automatically turned to the right and slowed way down. The Harness worked amazing, we ended up going on our longest walk since I picked him up 4 months ago. My first thought when we tried it for the first time, and doing some research from what I read getting used to wearing and walking with a harness could take a few weeks but we were walking in just a few hours. Very happy with the purchase, works amazing and the quality seems to be very good. If your looking for a high quality harness I am very satisfied.

Excellent, high quality, sturdy harness. Good all-rounder for walks and car rides. Sizes are as stated in the listing and I found them to be spot on. It is a bit fiddly to adjust, especially with an excited pooch who's at the smaller end of the scale. I've ordered another one due to the quality.

I ordered this as someone else had one. It’s hard to find a good quality harness for my English bull terrier but this went on with ease, comfy for my boy and perfect fit. He seems to have stopped pulling as much and it seems strong enough that he’s unable to break out or rip it

Really great! Padded in all the right places without being bulky. Also love the handle on the top which helps a lot with holding the dog still without hurting your hands on the lead. Our dog pulls a lot. Don’t often leave reviews but had to as we went through so many harnesses. Some very poorly made, cutting in etc. The last we made the wrong choice of size, choosing large. This is size medium. Our dog is large, but lean. Luna is a Kelpie x Bloodhound. Hope this can help somebody else :)
