A: i received one bottle with 120 tablets.

**Q: Is it synthetic?**
A: My doctor told me that it's bioidentical but of course it's synthetic.  It's just chemically what your body produces naturally.

**Q: Says "timed release" on product page but picture of bottle is not of the timed release. product description:  "absorbed quickly.. ..fast acting.." ???**
A: Source Naturals started using generic bottles for image purposes a few years ago. A more accurate label is on every type of melatonin that is offered for sale.
