You will need a large 3/4" drill and an 5/8 arbor. I wouldn't recommend it. **Q: do they make these to fit the 7 inch dewalt angle grinder?** A: Yes. When the 4 inch was too small for my project I purchased a 7 inch grinder, grinding wheel, and shroud through amazon. The 7 equipment is a significantly larger investment than the 4 1/2. 7 inch equipment: Grinder - DWE4557, floor grinding wheel - DW4775, and shroud DWE46170. **Q: Has anyone used this with the herzo dust shroud? I had issues with another disc being too shallow for the dust shroud so im looking for a different di** A: I had no problem **Q: Will this grinding wheel grind down a high spot pushed up by roots on my driveway? I have a raised section about 3/4” high causing a tripping hazard.** A: We recommend our 4-1/2" double row diamond cup grinding wheel for dry grinding of concrete and other masonry materials. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 June 2025* Seems like it will last a good while before wearing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dewalt quality *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 26 September 2022* Very effective for grinding down concrete. I used it to take layers of paint off outside wall. Used it for 5 days and still no wear.It needs practise to get it to work and leave a smooth finish. Its a workhorse but not a finishing tool ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product *by on Reviewed in Canada 22 December 2021* Purchased this item as the crew I hired to remove tile and thin set mortar on my sub floor did a poor/lousy job. Fired the crew and decided to do the job myself. When purchasing the diamond cup, I also purchased the Dewalt dust shroud which fit like a glove to my battery powered Dewalt angle grinder. Installed the diamond cup to the dust shroud and angle grinder. Low and behold, the grinder cup ate through the thin set like a hot knife in butter. The shroud which was connect to my Shop Vac removed 98% of the dust.Practically dustless. Great product (s). The only draw back on my experience was that my angle grinder was battery powered, which need recharging. If you have a non battery powered Dewalt angle grinder, you can cut through thin set and bits of tile all day. ## Frequently Bought Together - DEWALT Grinding Wheel, Double Row, Diamond Cup, 4-1/2-Inch (DW4774) - DEWALT Concrete Surface Grinder Kit, 5-Inch (DWE46253) - DEWALT DW4777T 5-Inch XP Turbo Diamond Cup Wheel --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/94727123-dewalt-grinding-wheel-double-row-diamond-cup-4-1-2](https://www.desertcart.no/products/94727123-dewalt-grinding-wheel-double-row-diamond-cup-4-1-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
