My food processor stopped working all of a sudden. What happened?

That’s a built-in safety feature — not a defect! The motor automatically shuts off if it’s overloaded or overheated. Unplug it, let it cool for 30–45 minutes, then restart with smaller or softer portions.

I noticed a slight burning smell when I first used it. Is that normal?

Yes, a slight smell is normal at first as the motor coating burns off — it’s safe and will fade soon. If the smell is strong or there’s smoke, stop use and check installation and fill level.

The machine won’t start when I press the button.

Double-check that the lid, bowl, and base are all locked into place. The motor won’t start unless everything is correctly aligned — this is a safety lock to protect your fingers.

My chopped food isn’t even or smooth. Any tips?

Sure! Cut ingredients into smaller pieces (around 1 inch) and avoid filling the bowl to the top.
