**Q: Is this headset compatible with Teams?**
A: It is yes, we have over 100 of them in use with Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business

**Q: Can you connect this headset to a deskphone that has an RJ45 port?**
A: No, it is a straight through USB only Headset.  Normally desk phones do not use the RJ45 port anyway.  This may be for POE so you should check with your Phone Supplier.  It may be an RJ11 and if that is the case you may need a QD (Quick disconnect) Headset with a U10 or a U10P bottom cable.  Hope this helps.

**Q: I see people are saying it works on teams and that it works on macbook with a usb port. but does it work when on teams using a macbook pro?**

It will work as long a syou have a spare USB A port that supports voice.

**Q: Will this work with my mac desktop and teams**
A: I don't know about a MAC desktop but I am using mine for Teams meetings on my laptop. As it is a USB connected headset I would have thought it would be plug and play with any up to date operating system.
