How do you store it to keep the freshness after opening?

Protect it from heat and moisture and keep it as airtight as possible. A simple way to accomplish that is only cutting the package open enough to pour out some coffee into the filter and then folding the package where you opened it. Putting a clothes-pin or paperclip over the fold, to tighten it, provides better sealing. You can also pour the coffee into a mason-jar or Tupperware-container, but resealing the package as described above usually preserves the aroma longer.

Is this coffee decaf?

No, this is not decaf, they have a decaf version in a green package but we don't have it available at the moment.
