Not sure if this is working yet. I appreciate the ingredients to help alleviate osteoporosis.

Absolutely the best! I thought I would try other less expensive calcium products. What a mistake! Jaw pain, constipation, and bleeding gums were the results. In fact, my gums were such a mess that I thought I might lose a tooth. Could it be my cheaper algae calcium…YES! I reordered my Osteo K and within 3 days my dental health was perfect again. Too bad I have a full bottle of my less expensive calcium. Ugh! Lesson learned….stick with the product that has great absorption and proven bone benefits. It is worth the money. Thank you NBI!

I began purchasing Osteo-K in May 2025, after painfully discovering that my knees knew how to complain "big time!" The extreme discomfort had been caused by resting on my knees, on a hardwood floor, while working in the bottom drawer of a file cabinet. But the next day I could barely walk. A trip to the x-ray machine revealed both of my patellas (knee joints) were seriously arthritic, with the orthopedic physician discussing future knee transplants. No thank you, I'm on my way to Amazon. There was no hesitancy to buy my first bottle of Osteo-K, in light of the product having been formulated by doctors from Harvard, Cornell, MIT, and Bastyr. I'm quite certain Bastyr is referring to Bastyr University, which is a private alternative medicine university, with campuses in Washington and California. The very best doctor I have ever had was a graduate of Bastyr University, a naturopath that proved to be unmatched by any and all other doctors who have ever helped me with my health needs. To this day, Osteo-K continues to relieve me of any significant knee pain, which provides greater ease and a sense of safety when walking. At this time, my knees are both stable, with no need to consider transplant surgery any time soon, if ever.

Check expiration date. I bought these in May '25. The expiration date is Nov.'25. Since I always start out slow with supplements, and plan to add this to other calcium and MVT with K supplements I already take, I expected these to last This is my second attempt to review as I do not see my original review posted. These are probably good, so I give it 4 stars, but the odor and taste is a little off...kind of like moldy fruit taste.

I need the assurance of the most highly absorbable Calcium. My ND recommended this as it addresses, under her care, bone density and urologic concerns.
