GET ALL 4 BOUNCE SERIES WORKOUTS Welcome to the BOUNCE Series, a fun series of workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. You will perform cardio exercises as well as use the rebounder for unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. If you don't have a rebounder you can still perform all of these exercises on the floor. THE WORKOUTS ARE: Cardio Sculpt (28 mins): you will see all your favourite old school aerobics moves as well as some new combinations. This routine is mostly cardio with lots of low impact, high intensity moves that will get your heart rate up and the sweat flowing! Cardio Sculpt Lower (37 mins): you will alternate high energy cardio moves that will get your heart rate up with squats and lunges to let your heart rate recover and put your lower body to work. The lower body toning segments are on and off the trampoline so that you get a larger range of motion. Total Body (55 mins): you will alternate cardio based segments with sculpting for the lower body, upper body and abs, both on and off the trampoline. There are some great balance challenge moves that use your entire core to help you stabilize as well as old school cardio moves that will spike your heart rate and burn fast. Barre (63 mins): you will alternate high energy cardio intervals with target toning barre exercises for lower body and arms. Performing traditional barre squats and tucks on the unstable surface of the rebounder is very challenging and gets all your muscles firing. For some of the exercises you will need something to hold on to as this one really challenges your balance!
