Very clean cut
Only used the 2.5mm but so far in a Katsu router with collet reducer, worked perfect and left a very clean cut on the sides and bottom.

Router Bits
Good price. Only used 2.5mm bit on a small job and it worked fine.

Well Constructed, but respect the material limitations
Using these on an X-carveThese work excellently, and I have run the machine now for ~8 hours of active milling with no signs of wear on the 1mm bit.Words of advise on run speed. All steps below assume default machine settings for Pass DepthThe 1.5mm+ bits can handle 15inch/min XY feed rate on HDPE. I have found that 12inch/min is the ceiling on the 1mm bit, again on HDPE.On Oak, I have found no need to lower XY Feed Rate for the 1mm bit. The default setting of 28 in/min worked without any bit damage.
