I can wear it on the loosest setting, but after several hours, it feels a bit tight. I am going to buy another one that is one size larger, as it is otherwise comfortable. I've found it hard to find a bra I like over the last several years. Too many don't give needed support. Later I bought another one that is one size larger and it fits better.
