I’m a personal trainer that teaches Muay Thai (Thai Kick Boxing) to clients. Clients have said it’s hard, but I didn’t think so when I kicked it. It’ll soften up with time. Provides great protection for wearer, fits comfortably. I wouldn’t spar with it, though that’s not the purpose of the body pad.
