This in no way reflects on Kate's Farm, they are good people with a good product and they back it up, but obviously they cannot be responsible for poor handling if not purchased directly from them.......EDIT- again, the Kate's people are AMAZING! And as per their response are sending replacements! Can't say enough good things about them! :) New EDIT- we decided to try Amazon subscribe and save and must say Amazon has been flawless, no issues and great customer service! Apparently the early bugs are now worked out..It's so nice to have it reliably delivered and has made life a little easier for it....thanks to Kate's and now thanks to Amazon too!
