We got 2 sets (total of 4) to put around the chicken coop as we had hawks that were stocking our chickens. So far do good . The Cons: I had to glue the wings in & they were somewhat difficult to assemble. Instructions would have been helpful. I found if you pull out the short stick on the crow body, smear the long stick on the wing with glue & insert it where the short stick was on the body, that seems to work.
