Review: Dang amazing plants and great customer service! - My 1st order got lost in translation for a week or so, USPS.. so I contacted the seller because I was worried that the plants would be toast, *if* they ever made it to me. They replied immediately and asked if I'd prefer a refund or a reshipment, and I asked for a reshipment. They said if the 1st shipment did show up, they didn't require a return or anything. So of course the 1st shipment shows up a day or two later, and they were in amazing shape. After being tossed around in a box for two weeks, the soil was still damp on every single one, nobody was beat up, the colors were amazing, everyone is small but lush.. I think this is a freaking steal for plants this size and of this quality. I ended up getting a couple of different ones in the 2nd shipment too, so I'm beyond happy with the variety. Oh and the seller expedited my 2nd shipment, just to be insanely nice. And the way the plants were packed made them very easy to *unpack* which is a problem I've come across before, lousy packaging that's hard to remove without damaging the plants. Only gripe I have is I had a hard time IDing a couple plants, and it seems like their website is down. But I managed on my own with my AI plant app! Lovely plants for a decent price! Heck yeah!
Review: Healthy Stock - I waited a short while to write this review, as I wanted to see how they settled in after they were planted. I didn't order at the best time of year, but this was a chance I took and of course I assumed the responsibility if things didn't go well in transit. But they were very thoughtfully and well packed, with barely any signs of travel stress at all. They were tiny guys when they arrived, but every single one of them looked super healthy. One of the ferns was a little slow to get comfortable, but now it has some beautiful new fresh growth. I was able to separate the ivy and disperse it a little, which is great. The ripple peperomia is so happy it decided to bloom. They included one plant that I didn't think was a good match for a planted tank, so I potted it by itself and it's robust and growing well too. Really happy overall with the selection. I was hoping for a pink polka dot and a small palm, but I know the stock can vary, and I still think I received nice staff picks. Highly recommend!

A: This is a year old, but I wanted to say to just shake all the dirt off the roots and rinse the plant and the roots off well then plant. They will be fine in a gecko habitat.

Amazing! My plants arrived ahead of schedule. They are in excellent condition and include a nice assortment! I couldn't be more pleased! The packaging shows extreme care for the quality of the shipment. I don't think I will ever order plants anywhere else. I recently bought three small plants at my local pet store. Two had to be discarded because of rot and the third is a small air plant which I could/should have sourced in my yard!
