**Q: will a pound do a set of headers**
A: If sprayed properly a pound should be more than enough to do a set of headers, I could see you doing at least 4 sets of headers with a pound of powder.

**Q: Will it stand heat, and what do you mix it with. ??**
A: The powder paint dries/cures  in a oven at 400 degrees for 10min, you need a powder paint gun to apply the paint, no mixing required to get desired results, not sure how much heat above cure temperature that the paint can withstand.

**Q: Do you charge twice for shipping on multiple colors?**
A: No, you just need to have all colors in your cart and then proceed to checkout. Only one shipping charge will be added.

**Q: Will a dark base coat improve the results for bare aluminum or not required at all?**
A: I agree with the black base.   I just coated two Packard hubcaps from 1941, and started out with flat black.   The caps were not in good enough shape to actually be re-chromed, so I gave this a shot.    Well worth it and they came out better than I had hoped for.
