Yes, just stick it inside the frame

This type is made by lead or tungsten ? Confused by the description!

The packaging clearly says tungsten

Confusing to the description " The pack contains 4 lead strips of 2.5 grams each for individual adjustment", 4 lead strips? Not tungsten?

4 strips of tungsten tape not lead tape.
