Dioralyte

Dioralyte works quickly and does exactly what it’s meant to do. It helped me rehydrate fast and feel better within hours. Easy to prepare, gentle on the stomach, and very effective. A must-have for dehydration or stomach upsets.

Useful for holidays

Does what it says effective

Good product but tastes awful

A cupboard essential. I’ve used this after stomach bugs and the occasional hangover-induced regret, and it’s always handy to have around. Dissolves easily, tastes much better than expected and helps when you’re feeling dehydrated. Not a product you want to need, but one you’re glad to have when you do.

Always work for me when suffering with diarrhea.

Brought these a few times off here. They are great for hydration, easy to use, just pour the power into water and it dissolves easily. If you like blackcurrant these ones are for you and it has a nice taste to them

Ordered these for a foreign holiday and boy am I glad I did. There's nothing worse than sitting round a pool, knocking back the cocktails then feeling last night's local cuisine knocking on your back door ready for a swift exit. After a rush back to the hotel room and an explosive visit to the loo I decided to give a sachet a try. Chuck in a glass, add some water and give it a stir. The powder dissolves easily and actually tastes alright. After about an hour or two, you can really feel the effects. No longer are there concerns of a follow through, but peace of mind! Very effective and a high quality product. My guts could not recommend highly enough.

Several years ago while on a camping trip in a remote and extremely arid area, I developed a migraine headache and could not shake it for over 24 hours. A camp mate over heard me describing my discomfort to a friend, particularly the feeling that I was constantly thirsty but it seemed like water was just going right through me. My campmate gave me a sachet of dioralyte and directed me to mix it with some juice. 30 minutes later my migraine was gone completely. Ever since then I use this stuff when battling a migraine, and when feeling dehydrated and find it far more effective than other electrolyte powders and drinks I have tried.

Perfect to avoid hangover Perfect to feel dehydrated after being sick

Excellent!

Dioralyte contains: Sodium Chloride 0.47g Potassium Chloride 0.30g Glucose 3.56g Disodium Hydrogen Citrate 0.53g Silicon Dioxide Saccharin Sodium Blackcurrent Flavoring I would never knowingly buy anything with saccharin in it. Potassium Chloride is a common form of potassium found in many vitamins. It is also one of the three ingredients in the lethal injections used in executions. In vitamins it is limited to 99mg for this reason. You certainly can make Independant choices. I wanted to provide information that might be helpful as you make this decision.
