But with a quick phone call to their customer service, they replaced the unit with no questions asked and the new unit arrived within 5 days. I installed the new unit and it works great. We have had it now for about a month and can't see going back to a non motion dection faucet. All in all, I would highly recommend this faucet. It is pricey though and it's a hard pill to swallow but with most pills, it's good for you. It makes you feel better in the end.

The motion sensor works great, the water pressure is much better than the faucet I replaced, the pull down hose has good extension, and the whole unit is attached more firmly to the stainless steel sink than the old faucet ever was. I.e., there’s no wobble with normal use even when you pull the spray nozzle out. So far it’s been perfect. And everyone likes the look of it.

we were very specific about what we wanted. When we purchased the united, it looked fantastic and was easy to install. However, the unit didn't work. But with a quick phone call to their customer service, they replaced the unit with no questions asked and the new unit arrived within 5 days. I installed the new unit and it works great. We have had it now for about a month and can't see going back to a non motion dection faucet. All in all, I would highly recommend this faucet. It is pricey though and it's a hard pill to swallow but with most pills, it's good for you. It makes you feel better in the end.

It’s been installed for two weeks so I can’t speak to durability yet. But so far it’s been working great. The motion sensor works great, the water pressure is much better than the faucet I replaced, the pull down hose has good extension, and the whole unit is attached more firmly to the stainless steel sink than the old faucet ever was. I.e., there’s no wobble with normal use even when you pull the spray nozzle out. So far it’s been perfect. And everyone likes the look of it.
