PURE Aquarium also breaks down organic waste, which is often the cause of poor water clarity. PURE Aquarium will leave your water crystal clear and healthy. Regular use of PURE Aquarium will ensure that your fish live in a safe, healthy and crystal clear environment. How to use PURE Aquarium? To maintain crystal clear, healthy water add 1 or 2 PURE Aquarium balls per 25 litres of water once a week. Add the balls directly into your aquarium or inside the aquarium filter. If using PURE Aquarium for the first time or if your aquarium has clarity problems, add 5 to 10 balls per 100 litres of water. When water clears, continue to use as described above. I add these balls directly into the filters in my six aquariums weekly .Most times the balls have dissolved but occasionally there is a small ball remaining in the filter from the previous week. **Q: Will these help raise the kh in my fish tank** A: The balls are filled with something that eats the algae and keeps the water clean. They are very effective. **Q: Are these ok for tropical aquarium and cherry shrimp?** A: I use them in my filter. I only have tropical fish but I’m sure it would be fine with Cherry shrimp **Q: where in the filter do i put the balls please?** A: Hello customer,I use these in my filter to aid in keeping the water clean. I place around 8 to 10 balls into an aquarium bag and place into one of the trays inside filter. All depends on size of filter you have, mine is for 240lt ,I hope this helps. ## Frequently Bought Together - Evolution Aqua Pure Aquarium 25 Balls - AQUARIAN TAP WATER SAFE, Aquarium Water Conditioner, 118 ml Bottle,White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/80744720-pure-aquarium-25-balls](https://www.desertcart.no/products/80744720-pure-aquarium-25-balls) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
