Review: Total trash. Came dead on arrival. Worst customer service - Complete trash. Came dead on arrival. Zero instructions. Unless you are handy in electrical and e-bike assembling because the controller wiring is the most hardest part. One of the batteries I had died during this assembling so I have to buy the second, then third only to find the controller is fully fried. Emailed customer care and they keep asking non sensical questions about wiring. I bought another one in eBay but can’t return this because seller rejected refund for shipping fee. Trashed it.
