We tried a new battery, but that didn't change anything. I sent the watch back to TIMEX and described the problem. They returned a new watch (with the old straps) and it has been fine ever since.

I got this watch for my boyfriend for Christmas 2008. It looks stunning and we both love it. Sadly, the watch started to lose minutes every day after only 5 months.
