## Questions & Answers

**Q: a. There is a high-pitched noise while using in windows 10. Any suggestion please ?!**
A: This product is designed to be used with a digital audio interface. The included cable is good for throwing directly in the trash can. Along with the junk donggle.

The microphone is phantom 48v powered.
When properly set up this mic is fantastic! I’ve bought mics for close to $200 and can’t tell you the difference in sound.

**Q: Can I plug into my mixer for power?**
A: While this comes with an XLR to 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone cable (and a 1/8-1/4" adaptor), it WILL NOT work with a mixer board if plugged into the LINE jack (1/4" ). 48v phantom power is for the XLR jacks ONLY. I've yet to test it with the included USB "sound card" and my laptop. I bought this to use with a 9 channel professional level board, so its XLR to XLR cable on order now.

**Q: Will this work if I plug it up to my iPhone and use the voice recorder?**
A: Hello. It can work with phone but needs a microphone and heaphone splitter. And the earphone should be three-section audio plug earphone. You can use the voice recorder after finishing above work. Thank you very much.

**Q: How can I hear myself**
A: you’ll need an audio interface, i use a small soundboard that plugs into headphones
