just contact the seller though Amazon message. and send pictures to show it.

Can you order replacement parts?

Hello we had bought this item from you and the control box with the wire busted and we cannot keep score anymore... how we we order this part?

Will I be able to put this together in one room and then move it to another? It’s a Christmas gift that need to be hidden until that morning.

The width would go through a normal sized doorway if you lay it down and carry it sideways. It is pretty tall you probably wont be able to take it through straight up. Hope this helps.

How do I get replacement parts? The end where the balls end up bent over and broke in half!

If still in warranty, you can contact the seller for exchange. If passed, ask the seller for advice or send replacement part.
