What does this do? Is this good for a 4 year old?

The toy can morpher and activate sound effects, like Power Rangers play in the show. Adult assembly required for the handle and should be good for 4 years or older.

Is It Easy To Put Together?

The only assembly is snapping the middle in! Very easy! Our 3 year old grand son had no issues and loved it!

I want to buy additional stars & dont know abt power rangers does this work? https://www.amazon.com/power-rangers-ninja-steel-nitro/dp/b01kzdmlwq

Additional Ninja Stars are included in many items across the Power Rangers Ninja Steel toy line (sold separately) and are cross‑compatible with Ninja Steel Role Play toys (sold separately). I hope this helps. Thank you

Does anything spin like in the show? He wants to do the ninja spin like his heroes

The ninja star is spined manually.
