Ótimo custo benefício
Recomendo muito. Aparelho simples mas muito bom. Pequeno e compacto, qualidade de imagem maravilhosa tanto para blu-ray quanto para 4k.

Esperando soluciones
El producto vino bien empaquetado, pero tengo un problema para ver los dvds normales, creo que es el problema de region, pero no lo se porque esta configurado para todas las regiones, si algien le ha pasado lo mismo, a ver si me puede decir algo, porque si no tendre que devolverlo y pedir uno normal

Es un robo. DOA. No funcionó y no hay reembolso. Don’t buy! no compren nada de este vendedor
No funcionó y no he recibido la devolución. El producto es Panasonic en el sentido que tiene el nombre escrito pero la calidad es ínfima. Tengo un Bluray Panasonic que lleva funcionando 15 años. Este producto "nuevo" no pudo leer ni discos de audio. Sigo sin recibir mi reembolso aunque Amazon ya recibió el equipo desde hace 3 meses y no hay nada que pueda hacer para que no se sal

Great player
Great player at an appropriate price. Plays 4K UHD with Dolby Vision and regular blurays beautifully, no issues. Some will say you need the more expensive 820 model...for its upscaling ability and HDR optimizer tuning. A note on that. If you're like me and have a newer and quality 4K TV, then the tv's modern upscaling technology is likely better than that found in either of these relatively old Panasonic disc players. So for upscaling regular blurays, just set this player to output 1080p and let your TV upscale it. As for HDR... Most UHDs feature Dolby Vision or HDR10+ encoding these days, which negates the need for the 820's HDR optimizer anyway. If you're getting into physical media, I'd say just start here.

Pricey but no regrets
Watching 4k movies on my LG C5 is an amazing experience. This player was easy to hook up and my kids love the feel of using 4k discs. It's very pricey but we love it.
