Now I don’t drink these but the office workers I know take these to work about 2 bottles a day though if your “ New “ to caffeine I would only drink half of this bottle & then see how ya feel. These might be small but they keep my friends going even in the longest days of office work they say it gives em lots of energy a keeps them going. At 200 mgs a bottle [ or a “ shot “ ] this will keep you awake an make your work a bit easier. 12 pack of these 2oz bottles is a lot considering if this was a 24 oz bottle with pre measured shots you’d definitely be getting your money’s worth. The flavor is definitely there my friends say it taste like the ice pops you get when it’s summer. Pro’s : Packs quite the punch, keeps you awake & flavor is on point! Con’s : The sweetener used is Sucralose which is 2 molecules of chlorine bonded to 1 of Sucrose. Also sold as Splenda, Sweet n Low , Spoonful, & Ace K!

Super convenient size but doesn’t pack the same punch even though it says it has the same amount of caffeine.

Great taste and no crash

If you’re really needing a boost in energy (like a monster drink, this won’t do it- even if you take 2 wich is not advised. I’m I night shift worker, so keep that in mind. But no major or even minor boost in energy here.

Honestly, the taste wasn’t my favorite. It’s quite sweet and syrupy. It was a bit strong for me, and I didn’t feel great after drinking it. I think it might work better for someone who likes really sweet energy shots.
