Nice hard steel in both the block and the punches. The depressions in the block need some extra finishing and polishing, they have machining marks that telegraph into the workpiece. There were small pits too, but the seller made good on it 👍🏼 - Update: The seller said they were going to send a replacement block due to the pits, but they never did!
