BoomPole Micro Telescopic Microphone Extension

For my audio work, which essentially consists of documentaries, corporate and institutional videos, this is the perfect bang-for-the-buck boom pole. While it's not very long, it has enough reach and packs down small enough that a one-man operation can manage it - though having a dedicated boom operator will obviously be much better. The low cost is also a huge advantage for someone just starting out, as I was when I bought this. It is also quite robust and has held up to somewhat rough treatment quite well. One note - you will want to invest in a shock mount system to manage handling noise, which is an added cost over that of this product.Surprisingly for its size and name, it can balance a Rode NTG4+ or a Sennheiser MK-416 in a blimp with a Dead Wombat cover. You will, in time, be better served with longer, lighter boompoles, especially those with added features such as an internal housing for cables or a carbon-fiber construction (both of which this pole lacks). But for less than ₹ 4,000, you get an outstanding product that will get you shooting and recording right away - and that is, by far, the most important thing.

The product is good, packing was great. It's nice and has a firm grip. Feels kind of solid. But only one thing to consider.. IT IS NOT A NORMAL BOOM POLE!!! It has a micro thread screw on the mouth, which is to be noted and considered at the time of buying. You may not be able to use your regular mike holder clip. You have to use the smaller one or use it with a socket attachment.

Soft Handle : Great!Easy to Use : Great!Price : GoodRecommended for filmmaker : Great!Product review : Didn't disappointed me at all👍

Very useful accessories for film making. Nice product, good seller, quick shipping & delivery. I'm loving it.

Very helpfull for shooting outside and do not creat any extra noise while moving mic with it.

Super nice

Length and quality is fine... But the product I received seemed to be a used one

A sturdy boom pole for location sound. Well done Rode.

Great boom pole for the price, extends very far (more than what I needed it for) excellent starter book pole

Es un artículo maravilloso. Perfecto. Justamente lo que esperada. Llegó a tiempo y sin complicaciones. Altamente recomendable. Fue una buena compra.

A great, affordable product for an age old need. The boom pole feels sturdy while also being light weight. While it isn't a hollow structure for wiring a cable inside, this is likely what allows it to compress to such a manageable size for transport. It extends to a great length for just about any shot you may need. Being so light weight is great for your boom operator with a comfortable nonslip grip.
