No - they are not salted! They are very good!

According to the packaging it contains soy bean oil.

Why does it take so long to get them?

Great to use for hot and sour soup

I just received 2 orders of the wonton strips and both were months past the stamped best used by date. Anyone else have this problem?

All I can say is I didn't even notice they had a stamped date on them...In any case I have used whatever was sent. They have all been absolutely wonderful. Crisp, tasty and worked well with whatever Chinese dish I was fixing.
