## Description

The Bull Ring 4038 anchors are a pair of retractable tie‑down anchor points designed for pickup‑truck bed use. Instead of the factory interior tie‑loops down in the bed floor or remote anchor points, these mount into the truck’s stake‑pocket locations on the bed rail cap (specifically the front or middle stake pockets) and provide heavy‑duty secure ring anchor points when you need to strap down loads. When not in use, the ring mechanism retracts flush into the rail cap to keep it out of the way and maintain a clean unfinished bed rail surface. This model is specified for front or middle offset stake‑pocket locations on certain trucks. The ring pivots or flips up when you need it and folds or retracts into the stake‑pocket housing when not in use, so that it sits nearly level flush with the rail cap. This means minimal interference with bed rail covers or tonneau covers. 1,000 lbs per anchor is a robust rating for many truck‑bed loads such as lawn gear, ATVs, bikes, cargo, trailers and yet the anchor itself is compact. If you secure heavy gear often, this is a serious upgrade from stock anchors.
