The legs feel loose — what should I do?

Re-tighten all leg tubes regularly and check the threads for wear. If damaged, contact our support team.

How do I extend the lifespan of the bungee cords?

Ensure the black plastic clip stays outside the metal hook, keep cords evenly spaced, and avoid crossed cords. Check the cords near the hinge more often and shift them away from the hinge to reduce friction.

The handrail feels wobbly — how can I fix it?

Make sure all knobs are fully tightened, ensure all legs sit flat on the floor, and use the included shims if any leg is uneven. If the leg threads are worn, a replacement part can be requested through your order.

How should I store the trampoline in a small space?

For quick storage, remove the handrail and stand the trampoline against a wall. For full folding or travel, remove the handrail, legs, and a few cords before folding the frame.

How do I choose between the 40" and 48" models?

40" is compact and great for high-intensity workouts. 48" offers more jumping space and is ideal for home or family use.

Rebounder excellent for good and easy workout.

I purchased this rebounder because I wanted something that gave me a good and easy work out to stay in shape and active. I am 66 yrs old and I appreciate that the rebounder is easy on my arthritic joints. I easily assembled it myself. It's sturdy, doesn't take up a lot of space, and is easy to move from room to room. This rebounder is quiet when in use due to the bungee cord design and not metal springs. It is of great quality and was inexpensive compared to others. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

I Would Buy This Again!

I love this rebounder and would recommend it to others. It is easy to put together and all the parts were there. I don't fold it becuase it is too cumbersome to do so. It holds up and it is nice and springy. It feels like a quality workout equipment. I did get the one with the bar but don't use the bar at all. The first weekend, I noticed that I lost quite a abit of water weight and puffiness. Then I learned that rebounders are great for a lymph flush. I feel that it has improved my health and mobility and it's fun, too!

Super heavy-duty durable Rebounder.

I'm 6'1 and 340lbs. BCAN handles my size with no problem. It's more than large enough to do all the exercises you want to do, with the handle you really can do more extreme types of workouts. I've been using it for a few months now and have no issues with it. The quality and durability is great. even though it can fold I like to just lean it against a wall and have it ready to use. I would recommend you install the handles to get use to the BCAN at first after that it's easy to use, as long as you pay attention, and you're not tried to exercise it is a safe very fun piece of equipment to use.

Great Quality, Won't be Folding it Though

I just put this together yesterday and I have to say, as a plus size woman, the sturdiness seems so reliable. I got the bigger size so I could have more room to move around, and I'm really enjoying it so far. As for foldability, putting this thing together was its own workout and I will choose death before ever attempting to fold it up again, but it can be done. The video instructions made everything super simple for me to do solo, so I appreciate that.
