Just walked back from the grocery 1/2 mile away, walking up 2 flights of stairs with 6 heavy full grocery bags. Trips to the laundromat are effortless as well with the attached bag holding 6 loads of laundry + bottles of soap & bleach. Easy getting on/off a bus as well. Heard criticism about the wheels not pivoting to make steering easier but steers great while moving and this is an understandable necessary trade-off for the 6 stair climbing wheels.
