Can this be kept in bathrooms?

Yes! The Product can be used at many places including bedrooms, office and bathrooms.. just hang and spray!

how can we apply just spraying in car air or underneath of the Matte?

Along with perfume you get one hanger. So you have to spray on that hanging card

What if i lost hager due to any reason , how come i will use this perfume afterwards

There are two. And still you lose out on both, then spray below the seats and on the foot positions. Spray it from atleast a foot away, as not sure how this might react to the flooring esp if you have regsin

Can i use it in bedroom

Yes, you can, but it's not long lasting.....
