The Summer I Turned Pretty is now a major new TV series on desertcart Prime! From the author of Netflix's smash-hit movie To All The Boys I've Loved Before , this is the perfect funny summer romance for fans of The Kissing Booth and Holly Bourne. One girl. Two boys. And the summer that changed everything . . . Every year Isabel spends a perfect summer at her favourite place in the world - the Fisher family's beach house. It has everything a girl could want: a swimming pool, a private stretch of sandy beach... and two (very cute) brothers: Unavailable, aloof Conrad - who she's been in love with forever Friendly, relaxed Jeremiah - the only one who's ever really paid her any attention. But this year something is different. This year, the boys seem to really notice Isabel for the first time. It's going to be an amazing summer - and one she'll never forget . . . Cute for a summer read but too slow
It’s a ok book definitely better for younger readers around 12-14 A little boring for me, took a lot for a simple thing to happen I loved the second book in the series more tho (it’s not summer without you)

Los mejores libros que he leído este verano
☀️ This saga is ideal to read now, in summer. It’s youthful, fresh, it’ll make you laugh and it’ll move you. Most are short chapters. It’s written in American English, so some sentences will cost more if you are used to British English. 🏡 Belly spends every summer in Cousins, where her mother's best friend has a house and there she is with her brother, Conrad and Jeremiah, the friend's children. 🥰 This summer they’re older, they start to party and meet more people. Belly has been in love with Conrad all her life, but he sees her as another sister. ❤️🩹 With Susannah's story I’ve shed tears. I think that anyone is capable of empathizing with her story, which unfortunately happens a lot around us. 🫶🏽 Between Conrad and Jeremiah I'll take Jeremiah. I love the way he is, although I saw the unexpected turn coming and this love triangle was waiting for me. 🫧 Now I just want to read the two remaining books. I hope they are the same or better than it is. They are being the best reads of this summer. 👉🏽Podéis encontrar más reseñas en mi perfil de ig @_sarateacher

This is a great first book for English learners. The story is easy to follow, but it also includes many useful words and phrases. I enjoyed learning English while getting used to American culture, everyday conversations, and the atmosphere of summer.
