After about eight months of use, the side button started developing a double-click issue. I visited the service center, and they replaced it within 2–3 days. The second replacement happened with less than 30 days left on the warranty, as the same side button developed the double-click issue again. The mouse itself is excellent, with great software support, but the build quality of the side buttons is its biggest weakness. It's also great for gaming, with very low latency.
