No complaints about this farro. It cooks up nicely, has good flavor, and good texture (provided it's not over or under cooked). The price per ounce is a decent value for the money. It's a versatile grain that goes well with a lot of dishes. I use it mainly in grain bowls in combination with items such as brown rice, various veggies, dried beans or various types, lentils, etc. It makes for a tasty and healthy meal. Checks all the right boxes - 5 stars

I used this organic farro in a pear and balsamic salad, and it was absolutely perfect. The grains cooked up beautifully—tender but with that satisfying chewy bite farro is known for. It added a wonderful nutty depth that balanced the sweetness of the pears and the tang of the balsamic vinaigrette. The quality is excellent. The grains were clean, uniform, and had a fresh, earthy aroma right out of the bag. I soaked them for about 30 minutes before cooking, then simmered until tender, and they turned out perfect—no mush, no bite too hard. Just right. It worked wonderfully tossed with arugula, sliced pears, toasted walnuts, goat cheese, and a balsamic glaze. Definitely elevated the dish and made it feel both healthy and gourmet. I never had farro before that I know of. I put this in soup or other grain dishes and it turns out nice. Very chewy with a mild pleasant taste. It tastes heart but not too heavy though it does contain gluten so it can be more filling then rice or millet for example. This is now a pantry staple. Tastes so good.

Good value, tasty farro.

This product is excellent. Is not a cheap grade. The farro cooks quickly but does not over cook easily. Taste is great adding veggies and raspberry vinaigrette for the perfect cold salad.

The directions on the package seem to call for a bit too much liquid but this was delicious cooked with vegetable broth and we added pecorino to serve. New family side dish.
