New Balance Kids Fresh Foam Arishi V4 Running Shoe (Little Kid)

I’m a women’s 8.5 and bought these in a kids 7. Fantastic price and I love the look. New Balance always give me enough room in the toe box and are comfortable. Big fan.

As a mom of a highly active nine-year-old soccer player who trains four times a week, I notice every little change in his movement. Recently, I caught him walking a bit funny during his off-hours. His feet were clearly fatigued and I realized his standard school shoes weren't offering the right structural support. After doing some deep research into kid's biomechanics, I bought the New Balance Kids Fresh Foam Arishi V4 Running Shoes for his everyday school wear.I specifically looked at these because of the midsole technology. The Fresh Foam cushioning is engineered to provide an ultra-cushioned, lightweight ride, which creates excellent impact absorption when he is running around the playground. The shoe also features a durable rubber outsole pods that give him great traction. The mesh upper is highly breathable, which is a must for stinky athlete feet, and it offers enough structural flexibility. Since he started wearing these to school, his everyday gait (the way he walks) has smoothed out. The winner is, he likes them too because when I first got them and pulled them out of the box he quoted “that’s tuff”… which means cool.

The boys 5 shoes I ordered for a boy with ataxia look great, feel great, and most importantly, work great. His orthopedic insert fits perfectly. Much more stable than his previous shoes. Very stylish too. Colors are nice. This size version looks like adult design not infant thank goodness! How fortunate we were that they were half off!

My son loves them! Looking cool and stylish. He’s been wearing them for a few months and they are holding up well. Would buy again if price is right!

These shoes have been great. My son has worn them daily when it's not raining for over half this school year now. They've held up well. He'll likely see close to a full school year out of them and then they'll become great summer camp shoes. I've come to accept that my kids are much harder on shoes than I am so 2 pairs a year is acceptable. My son has wide feet and it's hard to find in kids shoes- we went with the extra wide in these New Balances and according to him they are much more comfortable. He's 8 and now pretty much sized out of velcro shoes so he's had to learn to tie his shoes this year which has been great for him. The last handful of shoes he's had have all been Kizik athens- I'd also recommend those. Kiziks have served both my kids very well in ease of getting on (litterally hands free) and durablity. They just don't come in wide widths so we gave these New Balances a try and they have been great and held up well to school and 8 year old energy well.

My 7 year old loves these. I bought a pair before school started in august (from NB website). size 1 wide, we have trouble finding shoes where the Velcro actually straps back over to the other side. As November approached I notice him always having his feet outside his shoes. I noticed this for a few weeks and as it turns out they just slide right off his feet now. Like they are too big. (scratching head). So hmmmm. I ordered him a new pair off amazon. So i bought just a regular size 1 not wide, thinking maybe his feet are skinny now. Those came and of course they don't fit... So I returned and ordered a size 1 wide. They arrived and fit like a glove. So heads up, they stretch I guess. We will see if these do they same after 3 months. Hoping not. If so we will just buy the ones with laces and boys gonna have to learn to tie laces. But I would probably still buy them again lol I have washed them 2x in the washer and they look nearly brand new. The suede does darken a little but they are still clean looking sneakers. I don't see many kids wearing surprisingly.

Nice shoes, well made, but shortly after my grandson started wearing them, one of the elastic shoestrings broke. We tied it in a knot so it would still work, but these shoes are kinda expensive to be doing stuff like that. They should hold up very well, but I guess they don't.
