## Description

desertcart.com: Low Carb Melba Toast (PLAIN) 4oz : Grocery & Gourmet Food

Review: Nice flavor for such a low carb Dipper - Love these little toast crackers they go great with green pepper sardines to make a healthy low carb lunch or snack. Started buying the eight packs.
Review: Not the BEST flavor alone, but a fantastic Keto option! - So the flavor is pretty bad all by itself. No lie, I almost threw them away after the first bite. But I'm glad I gave them a better chance, because I eat them with my chicken salad, tuna salad, and with whipped cream cheese, and these things are fantastic with other flavors added. You hardly even taste the weird flavor when combined with something else, and when combined with the chicken salad these are actually really freaking good! They're really crunchy, adorable bite-sized pieces of a keto toast option. They're a little pricey for my preference, but I'll buy again. And again. And again. Because I love having an easy keto option that doesn't totally compromise on flavor (unless eaten alone, I cannot stress enough that you need to eat them with something else!) and I definitely recommend it.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: It is $12 for 1 bag of 4oz?**
A: I ordered this product based on someone's answer that it was a 2-pack. But no, I received ONE little bag for this ridiculous price!!! And from checking these other answers, apparently it is just ONE bag. They should remove that person's answer.

**Q: Are these unseasoned?**
A: yes correct, unseasoned.

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: Ingredients
flaxseed,almond meal,vital wheat gluten,eggs,water,yeast,canola oil,salt.

**Q: Does anyone know the amount or percentage of vital wheat gluten is in this ? I'm worried it isn't keto friendly**
A: its about 35% but if you search vital wheat gluten keto, you will see this ,
Keto diets do not have to be gluten free. The vital wheat gluten is high in protein and low in carbs. It can also give keto flours the body they need to make dough's that are close to the real thing. The vital wheat gluten could be the ingredient your recipe needs to add that texture and structure to the baked goods

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ OK but lacking in flavor
*by E***E on May 9, 2026*

These were ok, but needed a bit more flavor so ordered the Sea Salt and Onion & Garlic versions. Much prefer those over the plain.
