Quick to Wear
Purchased for general walking, due to great reviews about cushioning as I had a problem with plantar fasciitis (heel pain), Which they proved great for relief of the problem. However, the shoes are not robust, a year in, they are worn out with holes appearing in the fabric sides and toe areas. Only used for average normal walking mileage. Not running. And not all the time.

Heavy runner knee saver
So, first the "Stats" Male 59 years old, 5ft 11in (181cm) 205 lbs (93kg) Normal shoe size 11US/45EU (standard wide) Average runner 5k (30min) 10k (61 min). As a simi heavy runner I was wanting to save a little wear and tear on the old feet and knees. I own several pair of Brooks so I an very familiar with the fit and performance. First off, in these you need to order at least 1/2 size up. I ordered size 45 and my big toe was right at the top of the toe box so, I had to send them back, then ordered 45.5 EU. The fit and feel is dead on! Super comfortable. Good response and stable. Not the fastest shoe. These are for recovery and long runs. Less stress on my feet and knees. Can recommend.
