Bought for the Remote, but It Only Works Through the App
The product itself seems fine, but the remote control does not work as expected. The device only works through the app, which completely defeats the purpose of having a remote. If I have to use a phone anyway, then I do not need this device because I can simply play everything directly from my phone through a Bluetooth speaker.I bought this specifically for my elderly parents, who are not comfortable using smartphones and are much more comfortable with a remote control. That was the main reason for this purchase. Unfortunately, because the remote does not function properly, the product does not meet our needs.
