Perfect non-stick pan for banh khot!
Though I've only used the pan once and have had it for about a week, so far, it's works very well and is perfectfor making banh khot (Vietnamese mini savory pancakes)! The pan is nonstick which is great for cleaning, but it also gets my pancakes super crispy! So glad, I went with this pan which is half the price than other pans out there!

Will not disappoint overall
its comply with the motive. Only concern I dont see manufacture material info , to make sure nothing is toxic like aluminum or teflon like that. Otherwise product is nice, nonstick , not heavy , dishwasher size , not costly.

Works well as designed
Works well! Able to make mini chocolate filled pancakes and savory shrimp pastries. We use it over butane fuel table top stoves to eat things fresh.

Not of good quality
The non stick coating does not seem to be of good quality. Not worth the money

Works Well, But Takes a Few Tries to Get It Right
The pan does the job and the appams come out with a nice shape once you get used to it. The nonstick surface is decent, but it is not completely foolproof, and I still needed to use a little oil for best results. It also feels lighter than I expected, so you have to watch the heat and handle it gently. Overall, good for the price, but there is a bit of a learning curve.
