Review: Sear marks on point - Cooked short ribs and vegetables, was able to get that lovely sear on both. product is well made, fits like a glove and works. it does add some weight to the overall portability and i wouldnt want to drop it as i dont know how durable it would be but overall i am happy and look forward to more cooks.
Review: Brings grilling on Go-Anywhere grill to next level. - Love these grated. Way too expensive but got as a gift. Grilling is a lot superior to the stock wire grid. Seasoned well it’s easy to clean, and for smaller cuts or a single burger can use just one half. A little tricky to remove hot grates or place cold ones. Used to sell a lifted but it’s no longer available. I use sturdy tongs and slide one side of tongs between grid bars and carefully pick up that way. Was going to use slip joint pliers but not effecting and scratched grid.

Excellent upgrade over the stock/thin grill grates that come with the grill. Very high quality! A common problem with the Gas Go Anywhere grills is they cook unevenly - but I've discovered these grates closely balances out the heat more equally (not quite 100%, but fairly close). Steaks come out with nice grill marks. The only downside is that it adds quite a bit of additional weight when transporting, but that's the trade off for having great quality grates.
