Black and delicious
This cocoa is very good, slightly less bitter which makes it seem “sweeter “

If you love Oreos - this is the cocoa powder for you!
Love this cocoa!I use for all my Oreo themed baked goods creations and get great compliments!Just the right amount of dark chocolate flavor - but delicious and smooth not bitter tasting. It is VERY dark (yes, could be considered black) - and if you have white marble counters like I do - be aware of this, lol!I always run it through a sieve into my recipes because like all cocoa, it clumps.I will have to order the larger container next time - my recent conversion trials of an Oreo brownie recipe to a vegan version - are using it up fast!

Amazing Oreo-like taste
Before I start I just want to say I took a star off because when I opened the lid the container didn’t have a freshness/safety seal. However! I still used it lol. This cocoa powder has an incredible Oreo-like taste and it’s very black. Perfect! I used it to create a mascarpone icing for a birthday cake, and the recipe can be found on a blog called “Buttermilk by Sam”. Highly recommend.

Buttery Cocoa as Good as Criollo!
I have been drinking Beck's Criollo for a couple of years and was disaapointed that I couldn't find it anywhere over the past couple of months. I tried a couple of lighter cocoas that were just awful. One try of each and in the trash they went. Then I ordered this black cocao - and WOW! The taste is super rich, and it makes the milk in the hot chocolate taste like melted butter. All hot choc enthusiasts should try this!
