What is the conversion of 1 tablespoon garlic power to this garlic paste?

1 tablespoon is 1 tablespoon. Whatever your directions say it is equal. Otherwise just trial and error. Adjust to personal taste.

Does it come in a glass or plastic jar?

Going forward, all units will be in glass jars. It used to come in a plastic jar.

Can it be frozen between uses? We'd probably need it only from time to time, and I'm sure it would expire before used up if it cannot be frozen.

You can immediately refrigerate it after each use and the product should be good until the best before date on the bottle. S&Z Enterprises

Once the jar is opened, how long can i keep it in the fridge and continue (safely) using from the jar? days? weeks? months?

Seems okay in my fridge and it's been six weeks. I often keep minced/mashed garlic for a year or more.
