Pleasantly Surprised. Yum!
My daughter suggested that I try these chickpea puffs. I was very skeptical, but since I can't have dairy I thought I would give it a try. Now I try to keep them on hand all the time. They are so good! It's so nice to be able to have a cheesy snack again! They have a good crunch to them as well. Yum!
