Review: Gold rush color is not pretty metallic gold - Rustoleum is my favorite brand of paint. Spray paint. Milk paint. Specialty paint. Love love love Rustoleum. But the Gold Rush hammered color is such an ugly color. It’s more of an I’m sick brown green color. See attached photo in my review. Ignoring this. I love the hammered products so 5 stars for hammered product minus 2 stars for gold color. Review: Beautiful hammered copper color - This paint is extremely durable outdoors. It’s the only brand that I’ve found to have this hammered copper color. It’s beautiful! Just make sure to use in a well ventilated area because it does have a strong smell, but it goes away when dry. ## Features - Weather and corrosion resistant coating protects exterior/interior surfaces like wood, metal, concrete, masonry and more - Oil-based formula provides a durable protective coating with excellent rust prevention - Dries to the touch in 2-4 hours and covers up to 100 sq ft - Excellent resistance to abrasion, fading and chipping - Hammered metal finish hides flaws and imperfections found in scratched, rusted or pitted metals ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08NXYN6BY | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Brand | Rust-Oleum | | Brand Name | Rust-Oleum | | Color | Black | | Color Code | Black | | Colour | Black | | Container Type | Can | | Coverage | 100 sq ft | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 140 Reviews | | Dry Time In Hours | 3 | | Finish Type | Metallic | | Finish type | Metallic | | Full Cure Time | 4 Hours | | Global Trade Identification Number | 10020066170865 | | Included Components | Brush | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Outdoor | | Is Waterproof | True | | Item Form | Oil | | Item Type Name | Stops Rust Hammered Brush On Paint | | Item Volume | 32 Fluid Ounces | | Item Weight | 4.53 Pounds | | Item volume | 32 Fluid Ounces | | Manufacturer | Rust-Oleum | | Model Name | Stops Rust Hammered Brush On Paint | | Model Number | 7215502 | | Paint Type | Oil | | Part Number | 7215502 | | Size | Quart (2 Pack) | | Special Features | Rust Resistant | | Special features | Rust Resistant | | Specific Uses For Product | Inside; Amateur | | Surface Recommendation | Metal, Wood | | Unit Count | 64 Milliliters | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Rust-Oleum - **Colour:** Black - **Finish type:** Metallic - **Item volume:** 32 Fluid Ounces - **Size:** Quart (2 Pack) ## Images ![Rust-Oleum 7215502 Stops Rust Hammered Brush On Paint, Quart (2 Pack), Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81I0p7bkX-L.jpg) ![Rust-Oleum 7215502 Stops Rust Hammered Brush On Paint, Quart (2 Pack), Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61OJ8KPeXTL.jpg) ![Rust-Oleum 7215502 Stops Rust Hammered Brush On Paint, Quart (2 Pack), Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Zs0NkoKnL.jpg) ![Rust-Oleum 7215502 Stops Rust Hammered Brush On Paint, Quart (2 Pack), Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81VDUmiSkNL.jpg) ![Rust-Oleum 7215502 Stops Rust Hammered Brush On Paint, Quart (2 Pack), Black - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71SvtvWqbBL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ Gold rush color is not pretty metallic gold *by D***C on 3 May 2026* Rustoleum is my favorite brand of paint.
